Yamilett Flores-Sickles Joins United Bank in Worcester
United Bank today announced the hiring of Yamilett Flores-Sickles of Leominster, Massachusetts as their new Community Outreach and Mortgage Loan Officer serving customers in Worcester and the Central Massachusetts region.
Flores-Sickles, who is bilingual in English and Spanish, comes to United Bank with more than 17 years of experience in mortgage lending throughout the Greater Worcester market. Most recently, she was a Senior Loan Officer for Flagstar Bank, a national lender with an office in Worcester.
She has held other positions in the mortgage lending industry including Vice President and Home Loan Specialist with Fidelity Bank in Leominster; Mortgage Loan Officer with Avidia Bank in Shrewsbury; and Senior Mortgage Loan Officer and Sales Manager with Bank of America Home Loans from 2004 to 2010.
Flores-Sickles’ expertise in mortgage lending includes FHA, VA and USDA loans; MassHousing and other community lending programs that benefit low and moderate income residents; new construction and renovation loans; and conventional home lending. She has earned a strong reputation in Central Massachusetts for assisting first time homebuyers, lower to moderate income borrowers, self-employed and investment borrowers.
She graduated from Assumption College in 1999, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. She has been a resident of Central Massachusetts for over 20 years.
