United Bank's Ann Kramer to Teach Home Buying Seminar on October 24
Are you a first-time home buyer or interested in learning about how the process for buying homes has changed? Are you purchasing, selling or refinancing a home? United Bank’s Ann Kramer and the Town of West Hartford’s LifeLearn adult enrichment programs are here to help with process.
Kramer, who has been a loan officer with United Bank since 2010 and has over 14 years of experience in mortgage sales, will be the instructor for “Home Buying Seminar 325” where she will teach program participants on the home buying process from beginning to end. Also, she will help buyers understand how much of a home they can afford and how to read their credit reports.
This one-class session will take place on Monday, October 24, 2016, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at West Hartford’s Conard High School – Room 172. Conard High School is located at 110 Beechwood Road in West Hartford. This session is open to residents of the Greater Hartford region.
Home Buying Seminar 325 is offered through LifeLearn: West Hartford Continuing and Summer Education. LifeLearn provides diverse educational programs for adults who wish to continue their education or stay active throughout the year.
