United Bank promotes Bilodeau to Personal Banker role


Amy Bilodeau of West Springfield, a customer service representative at United Bank’s Downtown Springfield branch, has been promoted to personal banking officer at the Bank’s West Springfield branch. Bilodeau will replace retiring personal banker Judy Lichwan, and will work alongside personal banker Nancy Whitehead.

Bilodeau joined United Bank in 2008 with nearly 25 years of banking experience gained at the former Westbank, now New Alliance Bank, in West Springfield.

She holds numerous certifications from the American Institute of Banking and Westfield State College’s Leadership Westfield Program ’97. She is active with organizations including the Affiliated Chamber of Commerce of Greater Springfield, the West of the River and Westfield Chambers of Commerce, Springfield & Holyoke Credit For Life Program, and formerly with the Westfield Chapter of the American Red Cross, Westfield Shops Merchant’s Association, and the Eastern States Exposition.
